Terminação Flangeada

As terminações flangeadas são instaladas na extremidade de um circuito, que absorvem os sinais transmitidos no circuito e evitam a reflexão do sinal, afetando assim a qualidade de transmissão do sistema do circuito.

O terminal flangeado é montado soldando um resistor de terminal de condutor único com flanges e remendos.O tamanho do flange geralmente é projetado com base na combinação de furos de instalação e dimensões de resistência terminal.A personalização também pode ser feita de acordo com as necessidades de uso do cliente.

    Visão geral

    O flange é geralmente feito de níquel banhado a cobre ou processamento de prata.O substrato de resistência é geralmente feito de óxido de berílio, nitreto de alumínio e impressão de óxido de alumínio de acordo com os requisitos de energia e condições de dissipação de calor.

    A terminação flangeada, assim como a terminação com chumbo, é usada principalmente para absorver ondas de sinal transmitidas ao final do circuito, evitar que a reflexão do sinal afete o circuito e garantir a qualidade de transmissão do sistema de circuito.

    A Terminação Flangeada possui a característica de fácil instalação em comparação aos resistores patch devido ao seu flange e furos de montagem no flange.
